Appointments are available 14 days in advance. If you do not see availability, we are fully booked. Please check back later for openings. If you have any additional questions, text or call us at 907-793-7134. 
  • Do not book multiple appointments for yourself if you'd like multiple services.

    Inserts, removals, consults, and downsizes can be added to any piercing appointment.

    Choose "multiple piercings" if you would like to get more than one type of piercing. If you would like to get multiples of the same piercing, you can book for that piercing and add a note indicating how many you would like to get.

    If you are booking for someone else, please book under their name.

  • Please read the description of the appointment you’re booking for. Each appointment has a specific amount of time delegated for the service requested.

    Failure to book the correct appointment can result in a cancelled appointment and forfeit of your deposit.

    Your appointment will allow time for the service, jewelry selection, aftercare, and addressing questions or concerns you may have. You do not need to book additional time for this.

    Be sure to read all policies you are agreeing to. Policies are strict and there will be no exceptions.

  • Proper ID is required in person for every appointment, every time. If proper identification is not present at the start of your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

    Minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entirety of the appointment.

  • All rescheduling and cancellations must be done using your confirmation email.

    If you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment, you will be refunded your deposit amount minus a $5 processing fee.

    If you are cancelling within 12 hours of your appointment - please text, call, or email us. Your deposit will not be refunded within 12 hours of your appointment.

  • We will not pierce with or insert any jewelry that is not from a reputable jewelry manufacturer.

    If you have jewelry from Fox & Fern or Gold Fox Piercing and you would like to get pierced with it, you must drop it off 24hrs before your appointment for reprocessing.

    There is a $10 reprocessing fee.

    Posts can not be re-used for new piercings.

  • Please plan for delays while traveling.

    If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment can/will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • We can not accommodate multiple guests in the piercing room. Additional guests will be asked to wait in the lobby.
